(FYI - STUDENTS interesting in volunteering should sign up via the Conference Registration Site.)

Information on CE Workshops

Now that a tentative conference schedule is available for your review (read more about it here), we also want you to know that you can search for Continuing Eduction workshops within this schedule by using the search term "CE Credits." You'll then get a listing of our Continuing Education Workshops along with the abstracts and presenters. You can register for these workshops when you register for the conference.

Tentative Schedule Available to Conference Presenters

A tentative schedule for the March AWP Conference in Philadelphia is now available for review to those individuals who have had a submission accepted to the conference. We hope this will help you plan your travel and conference participation, and we also hope that it will encourage you to go ahead and register for the conference if you have not already done so (reduced registration rates end on January 20th).

In order to view the schedule, you will need to visit the All Academic site (the site where you submitted your proposals or reviewed proposals). The address for that site is:

http://convention3.allacademic.com/one/awp/awp11/

You will find options there to Browse or Search the Preliminary Program.

Our main goal, at this point, is to help you plan your participation in the conference. That said, we certainly want to know if there are significant problems. If you notice that something is missing from the program, or that you have been scheduled for a presentation that you are no longer able to make, please let us know as soon as possible, but certainly by January 20th. The printed program will be derived from this online program, so if you find editorial changes (you realize there is a typo in your abstract, etc.) you should let us know about those as well. The contact person for all scheduling changes is Jen Bacon (email: jbacon AT wcupa.edu).
